When you submit a packaging request, contact form, or email inquiry, we may collect:
- your name;
- company name and job title;
- country;
- business email address;
- telephone or WhatsApp number, if provided;
- company website, if provided;
- inquiry type;
- product and packaging requirements;
- capacity, quantity, preferred sourcing origin, materials, color, decoration and other project specifications;
- target delivery timing;
- additional notes;
- reference photographs, screenshots, sketches, PDFs, artwork or other files you upload;
- requests for packaging compatibility/functionality testing, AQL inspection, Korean formulation support or OEM/ODM manufacturing support;
- IP address, browser/device information and technical logs used for website operation, security and spam prevention.
Fields marked as required must be provided for us to process the relevant request. Optional fields may be left blank.
Please do not upload personal information about another person unless you are authorized to provide it.
3. How We Collect Information
We collect information:
- directly from you when you submit a form, upload a file or contact us;
- through normal server and security logs when you access the website;
- during follow-up communication related to your packaging or manufacturing project.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the website. Please do not include sensitive personal information in project briefs, artwork or reference files unless it is genuinely necessary and has been agreed in advance.
4. Why We Use Your Information
We use personal information where necessary to:
- review and respond to your inquiry;
- understand your packaging requirements;
- prepare packaging options, quotations and samples;
- coordinate with appropriate packaging manufacturers in Korea or China;
- coordinate packaging development, artwork, color, decoration and production;
- arrange compatibility/functionality testing with the selected packaging manufacturer when requested;
- arrange independent third-party AQL inspection when requested;
- connect a project with qualified Korean cosmetic OEM/ODM manufacturers when requested;
- coordinate shipment and export documentation where relevant;
- maintain records of project communication;
- protect the website, prevent spam, fraud or misuse, and troubleshoot technical issues;
- comply with applicable legal, accounting or regulatory obligations;
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.
We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
5. Sharing Personal Information with Partner Companies and Third Parties
To review, quote, develop, manufacture, inspect, ship or otherwise carry out your request, BEAUTYLABS INC. may provide or share relevant personal information and project information with selected partner companies and service providers when reasonably necessary for the project.
Recipients may include:
- packaging manufacturers in the Republic of Korea;
- packaging manufacturers in China;
- Korean cosmetic OEM/ODM manufacturers, when formulation, development or finished-product manufacturing support is requested;
- component, decoration, printing, carton, label or other packaging-related suppliers involved in the project;
- independent quality inspection agencies, including third-party AQL inspection providers when requested;
- testing providers or the selected packaging manufacturer where compatibility/functionality testing is requested;
- logistics, freight forwarding, courier, customs, export-documentation or related service providers where required for shipment or delivery;
- professional advisers or other service providers where reasonably necessary to support the project or comply with legal obligations.
The information shared may include, depending on the project:
- name;
- company name and job title;
- business email address;
- telephone or WhatsApp number;
- country;
- company website;
- project brief;
- packaging specifications;
- reference images, drawings, artwork and other files;
- sample, quotation, testing, inspection, manufacturing or shipping requirements;
- other information that is reasonably necessary for the relevant partner to perform its role.
BEAUTYLABS INC. does not provide personal information to partner companies for their independent advertising or unrelated marketing purposes. We seek to limit each disclosure to information reasonably necessary for the relevant sourcing, quotation, development, manufacturing, testing, inspection, logistics or project-management purpose.
Where practical, BEAUTYLABS INC. may remove or limit direct buyer contact information when sending technical RFQs or project specifications to manufacturing partners. However, where direct identification or contact information is reasonably necessary for samples, testing, shipping, customs, regulatory documentation, project execution or other requested services, such information may be provided to the relevant partner.
Where the recipient is located outside the Republic of Korea, the disclosure may also constitute an international transfer of personal information and will be handled in accordance with the applicable international-transfer requirements described below.
6. Service Providers and Processing on Our Behalf
In addition to the project partners described above, BEAUTYLABS INC. may use service providers that process information on our behalf to support website and business operations, such as hosting, email delivery, file storage, security, spam prevention, IT support and related services.
These providers are separate from manufacturing/project partners and are used to operate BEAUTYLABS systems or communications. They may process personal information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the relevant service to BEAUTYLABS INC. and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Our current material service providers are:
- cloud hosting infrastructure operated by Alibaba Cloud (Hong Kong region), which hosts this website and the request form, including uploaded files;
- Naver Works SMTP, used to deliver form submissions and inquiry emails to our team.
7. International Data Transfers
BEAUTYLABS is based in the Republic of Korea and works with international buyers and manufacturing partners.
Hong Kong hosting
This website and its request functionality currently use hosting infrastructure operated by Alibaba Cloud (Hong Kong region). Information you submit through the website, including form entries and uploaded reference files, is transmitted to and stored on that infrastructure at the time of submission for the purposes of operating the website and handling your request, and emails generated by the forms are delivered to our team in the Republic of Korea.
Information stored on this infrastructure is retained for the periods described in Section 8. Where applicable law requires a specific notice, contractual safeguard, separate consent or other transfer mechanism for this hosting arrangement, BEAUTYLABS INC. will apply the required procedure.
Manufacturing partners outside Korea
If a project requires communication with a manufacturing partner, OEM/ODM manufacturer, inspection agency, logistics provider or other project partner outside the Republic of Korea, relevant personal information and project information may be transferred to the country where that partner is located, including China where applicable.
Such transfers may include contact information, project briefs, specifications, reference images/files, sample or testing details, and shipping information where reasonably necessary for the requested service.
We seek to limit such transfers to information reasonably necessary for sourcing, quotation, development, manufacturing, testing, inspection, shipment or other requested project activities.
Where applicable law requires a specific notice, contractual safeguard, separate consent or other transfer mechanism, BEAUTYLABS will apply the required procedure.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including project follow-up, legal obligations and dispute handling.
- Business inquiries that do not proceed to a project: 12 months after the last communication.
- Uploaded reference files for inquiries that do not proceed: 12 months after the last communication.
- Records relating to an active commercial project: during the project and for 5 years after project completion, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or contract.
- Website security and server logs: 90 days, unless longer retention is reasonably necessary for a security investigation or legal obligation.
Where information must be retained by law, we keep only the information required for the legally mandated period.
9. Deletion and Disposal
When personal information is no longer required and no legal or contractual reason requires continued retention, we delete or securely dispose of it.
Electronic records and uploaded files are deleted using methods designed to prevent ordinary recovery. Where information is contained in a system backup, deletion may occur through the normal secure backup-retention cycle.
If a record must be retained for legal reasons, it will be restricted to the purpose for which retention is required.
10. Cookies and Technical Information
This website uses only essential technical cookies and security logs required for website operation, session management, security and spam prevention. We currently use no analytics services, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.
If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this Privacy Policy and any required consent mechanism will be updated before or at the time of deployment.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should avoid sending confidential information that is not necessary for the project through an unsecured channel.

This website is intended primarily for business buyers, brand owners, manufacturers and other professional users seeking cosmetic packaging or related manufacturing support.
It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the website.
